⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I can’t recommend Needhams highly enough. After taking delivery of a brand new bike from another dealer, I ran into a number of issues straight away — including an engine management light and concerns about how the bike had been prepared. I was advised to return it, but as the original dealer agreed to cover the cost, I decided to take it to Needhams for a full inspection locally. From the moment I contacted them, they were incredibly helpful, honest, and professional. They carried out a full check over, oil and filter change, and a proper road test. What really stood out was how quickly they turned things around — I dropped the bike off and within around 3 hours they had everything sorted and ready to go. The team went above and beyond to make sure the bike was safe, running properly, and gave me real peace of mind. After a stressful start, they completely restored my confidence. Brilliant service, knowledgeable staff, and genuinely care about doing the job right. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and will definitely be returning in the future. I have used Needham's for years across a series of bikes. Most recently my VFR. Great, friendly, responsive service. A safe pair of hands for bikers, by bikers. Would certainty recommend.
